extreme scenarios

here is the link to the referenced community page as I saw it: what if you were not forced to drink but just had like a straw so you could fill the tub to release you via something like a magnetic lock that holds until the balance shifts? Am i mistaken and is this dangerous or hazardous to one’s health?
