Experiencing Issues With The Website

Apologies for asking as a newcomer to the site, but I’m running into some issues. The loading speed is quite sluggish; when I try to reply to posts, it either times out or prompts a file download that then also times out. Yet new post entries seem fine? Unless another login causes a timeout trip? My cookies are on, so session handling shouldn’t be the culprit. This really puzzles me because I host my own phpBB board and everything works well there. Occasionally, I struggle to get past the age verification screen. To be honest, with this forum project of mine underway, I don’t have much time right now to dig into the problem deeply. But it seemed worth flagging in case anyone else is seeing similar behavior? Just a heads-up. Image Some info that might help: I’m using SuSE Linux and FireFox 3.5.6 with the ‘noscript’ filter plugin (which could be the culprit), enabled for this site, along with full Java and Flash permissions for it and session cookies turned on. It’s kind of baffling what’s going wrong; maybe it’s just me? The site seems a bit broken at times Image One last thought: phpBB has an IP/DNS lookup feature (for anti-spambot purposes). Since I have a top-level secondary FQDNS, that might be interfering, depending on the setup. Just a possibility. Cheers Image
