Crossdressing is affecting my mind

I’ve been experimenting with crossdressing for a bit now, and I’m beginning to wonder if what happens inside my mind while I’m in drag isn’t as unusual as I believe.
To start, her name is Jessica. Whenever I slip into the outfit and wig, look at myself in the mirror, she takes charge from that moment on. Even when I’m not dressed up, it feels like she’s still there mentally; I can talk to her either internally or aloud if I’m by myself.
She absolutely despises being stuck in a man’s body. Occasionally she gets quite petty and grabs the razor to shave off my body hair. It’s somewhat of an annoyance because explaining that to my wife is tricky. Once, I told her I shaved my chest hair so it wouldn’t catch on my belt buckle, which seemed like a plausible excuse back then.
The most peculiar aspect of Jessica and me is how opposite we are.
I am a total humiliation slut, whereas she prefers being treated royally. I identify as straight; she’s bisexual. I try to keep things low-key, but she loves strutting her stuff in front of any window she passes. Fortunately, our house isn’t on a busy street with lots of passersby.
There are probably other differences too, but they escape me right now. Is this normal for others, or am I just losing my mind? I’m starting to suspect it’s the beginning of some kind of mental condition.
