car safety belts modified for self-bondage

Hello friends,

I have rebuilt seat belts from old cars so I can use them for self-bondage. Usually, they lock if there is a strong tug during an accident. Then, I built an electromagnet so that when the magnet is powered, it locks the belt.

I’ve actually made two models. One allows the belt to always scroll up and tighten; this is slightly dangerous because you need power to loosen them, which was my first model.

I have used these for several years as a primary release method, with a second setup serving as backup.

Now I’ve built Model Number Two, which has the opposite effect when there is no power: you can pull them out and roll them together. But once you turn on the power, they lock in place, allowing you to move within the limits of the safety belt while it’s locked. The tightening itself doesn’t release (which can be nice if using them overnight).

I’ve installed two under my bed so I can just pull them up at night for some self-bondage. I tighten them to my hands and set a countdown timer on how long I must wait before freeing myself. I place my arms in the desired positions, which serve as my main restraint point. In my hand is a wired remote that starts both the countdown timer and the vibrator/buttplug tucked into my underwear.

Now I lie there waiting for morning to arrive.
