Natural Remedies for Bowel Movements While Tied Up

I’ve just managed to create a lockable diaper effect using 4 sets of y-fronts, a belt, padlock and lots of toilet tissue. I’m planning a tied to a chair self bondage scenario for tomorrow. Can anyone recommend any natural laxatives so that I will have to ‘relieve’ myself while tied up, adding abit of punishment to the scenario?
