The Most Effective Gag

What is your preferred and most efficient gag along with its technique? I really enjoy having my mouth packed tightly with soft fabrics, wrapping as much tape around my head as possible. To me, that has to be the best, most effective gag out there. There’s nothing quite like screaming into your gag during orgasm while only muffled sounds come out! I love ball gags, but they tend to feel more symbolic than practical; I often end up pushing them out of my mouth anyway. Anyway, I’d love to hear what you all use to effectively silence yourselves during those moments of bliss!
