- Stand bellow the ring in the ceiling and pass a rope through the hook so you have access to both ends
- Tie a loop to hang the enema bag slightly below your butt
- Tie another loop in the other end of the rope.
- Get a few various keys and put them on the floor in front of you.
- Insert the enema nozzle (I just have the cheap o from Walgreens so to keep the nozzle in place I wrapped it in electrical tape to give it a big egg in the middle then I tied a crotch rope for extra holding power, plus it makes it take longer to be able to relive yourself)
- Tie a blind fold or put on a latex hood
- Lock your hands into the loop. Heres what happens When you bend down to get the keys the enema starts to flow. The longer it takes to find the key, and unlock yourself the fuller you get or the longer you must hold it. Side note: Doctors say you need to hold an enema in for approximately 1o minutes to get the best results, I think he may even approve of this scenario!:wink:
