Having an enema forced on you while drinking your own urine

This should be a pretty simple one to set up.

1. make a head harness
2. tie a rope to the top of your head harness, run it up and through a hook in the ceiling and then tie an enema bag onto the other it. The bag should be tied on slightly lower then your butt.
3. Attach a spreader bar to your ankles
4. fill a cup (I used a travel coffee mug with a handle) with urine and drop the key in (the cup needs to be small enough that you cant get your hand in)
5. Put a chain through the handle of the mug and lock onto the spreader bar, put a drinking straw into the glass
6. Insert the enema nozzle and handcuff your hands together. The situation is this, in order to free yourself you must bend down, drink the urine so you can turn the cup upside down and dump the key out onto your nice carpet floor, but when you bend down this will pull the enema bag up thus making the water flow.
