What actual self-bondage gear is available to purchase?

The only ones I can think of are: ice-cuffs (from MEO, Extreme Restraints) **suction bag (needs timers).. The one in the link doesn’t cover the face so it’s much safer than framed vac-beds. electro magnet + timer (keys suspended from ceiling - variation on the ice method). Can anyone add to this tiny list?
