help me rememeber this movie title pleaseeee lol

fragments of it stick in my memory, and the fact that I can’t quite recall it is driving me crazy. it aired on regular television, so it wasn’t some explicit adult film or anything; i believe it fell into the romance/comedy genre. the story centers around a guy who somehow ends up stranded on an island where women hold all the power. they train him to serve as their slave, and eventually, the head mistress develops feelings for him, leading them to fall in love if my memory serves me right. a couple of scenes stand out: one shows him preparing a bath, and another depicts how he has bound himself up after their romance blossoms. it was broadcast during daytime hours on standard TV. judging by the picture quality, it’s an older film. i really can’t shake this nagging feeling that i’m missing something about it.
