Webcam access query for friends list users

I wasn’t certain which section to use for this, so I’ll give it a shot here. Does anyone know if someone on your friends list in Windows Live Messenger can access your webcam without you having to click “Accept” or “Decline”? I have a friend with whom I communicate using that platform, and we’d like to set things up so she can put me into some kind of subjection mode while allowing her to check my camera to ensure I’m actually following her instructions. The issue is that she uses a laptop and travels between several locations during the day, making it difficult to simply click accept once and leave it open. So if she closes the window, I am bound and cannot just click accept again. Or is there another program better suited for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
