Dollar Store Shopping Trip for Bondage Supplies

I want to create some new bondage toys so I’m heading out for a dollar store run can you guys tell me what to buy or if there’s something specific I need? Pretend like I have nothing because I really don’t; I just recently started getting into this lol. Give me ideas, and since Halloween is approaching, do the dollar stores sell costumes?
