Assistance required for self-bondage

My plan is to bind myself up and then use a padlock on the scissors, ensuring I can’t untie until the ice containing the key melts. Previously, I would just lock my dress and underwear together. Now I need some advice! Once I’ve freed myself from the bindings, how can I keep the key for my clothes out of reach so I remain helplessly stuck in them? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
