HEY! A newcomer joins the fray...

hi. i’m new to this kind of thing. well, not to the curiosity of bondage itself, but to joining a community where I can talk openly about it and hopefully exchange ideas with others.

i’ve only tried self-bondage before. never had a partner who was truly open to the idea. in fact, i’ve only had one “serious” relationship that lasted 9 years. she preferred very light bondage every now and then and wasn’t keen on anything riskier than having her hands and feet tied. sometimes it was even hard for me to keep her wrists or ankles behind her back during sex. so after that ended, I got into self-bondage, but i don’t really have any concrete ideas or methods yet. i enjoy tying myself up and using pantyhose as a gag, and i love the sensation of dripping hot wax on my skin, though i haven’t gone much further than that. i might try some of what this site has to offer; some things look very appealing.

also, I’d like to hopefully meet a few friends here who would be willing to chat one-on-one either in these threads or via email or something else, and maybe get to the point where we could exchange pictures. but that’s probably waaaayyy down the line. just like with bondage, i should take it slow at first. don’t want to fall in too deep too quickly.

anyway, it feels good to be part of a community that helps me explore myself artistically, emotionally, physically, and of course sexually, alongside other open-minded people like yourselves. have fun and play safe.
