the last fortnight has been a laugh

i’ve brought this up on this forum before (whether anyone paid attention or not) that i’m relocating to the dallas fort worth region for work. two weeks back, i headed out to help get the new office running and look for a place to live nearby. it was hectic; i spent roughly an hour packing only in the morning just before I woke up to leave (i drove down, 16 hours non-stop). that was my mistake, specifically with packing. i threw in all my clean clothes and such that i’d need for a week since the temporary apartment had laundry facilities. then i began adding my toys and other items. i reached the point where it came down to my set of anal playthings and platform high heels. for some reason, i decided i wouldn’t need these, even though everything else was already packed, including the gag rope and a nice dress. worst error ever. i arrived one day before i started online ordering a new pair of heels to be shipped there. actually it might have been less than a full day. so yeah anyway now i’ve got a neat apartment in grapevine here with me wearing the new shoes lol. The lesson learned, don’t wait until you’re rushing at 5am right before leaving for your trips.
