Deleting Posts

Could someone clarify the process for removing a post? I had an issue with another platform recently where they lost some data. I was trying to repost a story that used to be there from years ago, and while trying to fix things up on their end, the admins put back an old (and completely distinct) story which left everyone - myself included! - quite puzzled! I’d prefer not to have this happen here. I want to remove those older stories first, then repost them with fresh edits and improvements.\nAny tips? Cheers, Luckycat
