Has anyone ever built an electric cage?

I spotted an electric deer fence constructed from nylon webbing with two bare wires running through it. I’m picturing two wooden circles, about 20 inches in diameter and roughly 8 to 9 feet across, adorned with ribbons spaced every three or four inches that won’t trigger a shock if you just brush against them. For self-bondage purposes, the process would be simple: get inside and flip the switch. With hands raised above my head, I believe any slave will never forget her first night in there, no matter how strong the current is. Would she wear a blindfold with metal clamps? Or perhaps weighted chains to sway while tied by a nylon cord for the master to pull or release? Could she stand on rice bags or soft air ammunition? Or maybe just one high heel? I adore the squirming sensation of an enema, and this setup would keep that feeling in check!
