Keeping Quiet

i recently picked up a load of bondage gear from, including an inflatable butterfly gag. It’s not the harness type; it’s just one strap that wraps around my head. The issue is the strap tends to slide down the back of my head, which lets me spit the gag out easily. Is there any way to stop this sliding?
