Heading Out for Locking Supplies

Any ideas on simple items I can get to help me feel vulnerable and stuck? To be clear, I don’t want to build anything, just things that lock me down tighter. Locks are definitely in the list. Specifically key locks. Do they sell clothesline rope there*? (*generally) I’ve only been there for keys and combination locks personally, so I have no clue. Also since I’m posting, is there anything around the house I can use as a butt plug? I could order one online if needed, but it would be nice to use something from home if possible.
