Naming the Over-Corset Garment

Hello. Does anyone have a name for this type of outer garment worn over a corset? I was watching the film “Stardust” and thought, wow, I want one! However, I can’t seem to locate anything similar to that top piece. The photos show Claire Danes as Yvaine (the fallen star) in Stardust Image Image Image Image I’m focusing on the blue top with its thick straps and distinct downward-pointing shape. Is it a bodice or perhaps a bustle? I’m really puzzled by this one. Looking at that last picture of her back view, you can see she’s wearing a corset underneath, so it is definitely some sort of overlay garment.\nAny assistance would be greatly appreciated.
