any good ideas for vibrator patterns??

hello everyone i’am constructing a new electronic controller for my vibrator. it allows me to adjust speed, pattern, and power. so i’m looking for some good suggestions regarding patterns. at the moment i have:

1. steady constant (with variable power)
2. ramping up from 0 to 100% (with variable power and speed)
3. ramping up from 0 to 100 then back down to 0% again (variable speed, power)
4. creating pulses with a duty cycle of 50/50 % (variable speed, Power)
5. producing two short pulses followed by one long pulse (with variable speed, power). those are the ones i have at present; does anyone else have any good patterns in mind?? do leave your comments, thank you (apologies for my poor english)
