well, not entirely wanting a variation on a session, I tried removing outside cues of sound and sight. You’ll need an FM portable radio, I used a tiny one small enough to clip to whatever clothing you happen to be wearing, if any (if none use something else!) with ear-pods. Tune the radio off-station and you will get “white nose” - a hissing sound. Set the volume to a safe level, not too high as you will find it gets really oppressive after a few minutes. Then make a blindfold. I used a pair of black tights, rolling each leg into a ball, each placed over an eye. Hold the ear-pods and the pads in place by pulling a stocking over your head, down to the neck (like the burglar mask:lol: ) You need to make sure you can’t reach the stocking, so you can’t escape the pads and pods. It takes a bit of thought to set up, as obviously you will be working “blind” once the eyepads are in place
