this might be a bit lengthy, hello everyone!!! I’m just joining this site but I’ve got plenty of experience with SB. At 25 years old, I started binding myself when I was twelve. Living in a small town, it’s been hard to find others who share my passion. This isn’t really a personal ad; I’m simply happy that there are so many people out there who get our interest… I recently discovered and it’s wonderful. In the last three days alone, I’ve experimented with the alternative hogtie available on this site, which was new to me before now as I hadn’t managed to bind myself quite this well previously. The use of two rings is amazing, thank you (ankles connected to wrists (NOTE**)). I wasn’t convinced it would work so smoothly at first, but the warning provided on that page explains everything perfectly. I ended up getting stuck! If you don’t know about this type of setup, check out the linked community page; it’s excellent. As mentioned on the ring device page, I never imagined two rings could hold something securely without loosening, so I gave it a shot right away. It performed exactly as advertised. Then I tried using four rings total: one set at my knees and another pair attached to my shoulders. That was the only SB position that made me nervous. After twenty minutes of wriggling around, I felt ready to be untied. Usually during SB, I always have a fail-safe mechanism in place—this time wasn’t so lucky. My ankles were tied with two rings positioned below (since the ropes can’t slip downwards and provide equal restriction), while my body harness had two additional rings attached just as shown in the diagram. Here is where I added my own twist.

On each elbow (above), I secured a rope—making sure to use at least four turns so circulation doesn’t get cut off—and also tied a connecting rope between them. This rope measures about 12 feet long. I doubled it over and formed a hitch (doing this can bring your elbows very close together, please be careful) and threaded the loose ends through both elbow ropes before knotting them with a square bend to add just a bit more restriction. My knees’ rings were connected via clinch nooses to my ankles, which in turn linked back up to the shoulder rings.

First, I pulled on the shoulder strings attached to the rings to lift my legs into position. Once those felt tight, I repeated the process for my hands. I was truly stuck! The two ropes connecting to the rings were ¼-inch cotton ones. They didn’t slip at all inside the rings! A silver lining: my wrist coil had been loose enough that after struggling toward the knife for two hours, I managed to slide one hand free.
