Cinch Noose

Could someone share some specifics on the correct way to create and utilize a noose cinch? I’ve scoured this forum, the community website, and other sites for info without much luck. While I’ve located instructions for constructing one, I’m struggling with the actual execution (no pun intended!).

My goal is to bind myself in a manner closely resembling SouthBoundBelle’s avatar photo. It needs to be secure enough that my husband can come home from work and find me tied up like this. Additionally, a friend who lives across the street knows what I’m doing if anything goes awry.

I need detailed, comprehensive instructions on how to reach this goal. Since I learn best visually, lots of words are necessary if there aren’t enough pictures.
