The Box of Hell

I originally shared this as a comment, but it really deserves its own thread. The “Box of Hell” was a box measuring 3’x3’x3’, constructed underneath the stairs. It was soundproof and light-tight, with sharp surfaces on the floor, walls, and ceiling. This setup was part of a new home being custom-built. Code: Select all

A drain had been installed before the foundation was poured. Once the house was complete, they added sound insulation to all sides (I believe rockwool?), two 2-inch “ducts” for ventilation (one fan pulling air in, one pushing it out), a speaker system, and a heavy steel door. The key feature of the ventilation is that the fans were located about 10 feet away from the box itself, so while inside you barely heard them (along with their quiet computer-like hum). The best aspect was how the “finishing” of the box turned out. The floor started as bare concrete; then the dom applied a layer of concrete sealer, followed by sand, tiny plastic beads (labeled “no slip” or similar), and some very small sharp rocks (I believe they were basaltic breccia). Finally, another coat of sealer was added to hold everything in place. The walls and ceiling consisted of concrete board (which is waterproof) covered with those same rocks, sealed again and screwed into position. Each wall featured a recessed light fixture containing two 3-watt LEDs. A steel ring was mounted on the floor in the far right corner. The sub’s collar chain would be threaded through this ring and pulled back to lock against the door (positioning her head near the drain in that far corner). This spot sat directly in front of the lights and a small video camera embedded in the wall. These folks were really into scat and pee play, so a typical scene unfolded like this:

1. she would be “forced” to drink plenty of water
2. she was given exlax
3. he would lock her inside with her wrists cuffed behind her back and wait
4. the LED lights would stay on. There was essentially only one spot where she could rest her head/face without getting cut, which lay directly in the path of the waste that eventually drained away. The fans were adjustable via a switch. I spent several hours inside the box (without engaging in all the scat play). It was total darkness and completely soundproof. You couldn’t lie down comfortably, sit up properly, or lean against the walls; the cold concrete scratched your skin and drew heat out of your body. Even when I shared it with the sub—and honestly, really crammed—it was a miserable experience. The dom also set up “torture modes” for the lights (strobe effect / continuous) and speakers (loud sounds), etc. He now uses in-ear headphones taped to the sub’s ears instead of relying solely on room sound. Obviously, the sub loves all this stuff and is probably the most masochistic person I know. Crazy:) Depends on your house layout, but you could replicate something similar. Bare concrete alone feels miserable enough for spending time in; the sand layer isn’t strictly necessary.
