Extended anal plug wear duration and safety

I picked up some latex briefs that have a nice butt plug sewn into them. I plan to use these during my SB, but I was wondering if I could wear them out and about one day or just head to the shops with them in. My question is: what’s the safe duration for wearing it? I understand the importance of keeping things well-lubricated, but how long can you go like that without running into any health problems?
