Shoo the flies away; leave me be

Just like the “Feed the fish” idea, I came up with this because of the flies… This setup works best when you stay relatively still… Image Setup: You are essential; without you, it isn’t fun. Two poles placed on either side.. The ropes I display keep you secured in position… The “gray squid-like objects” are small whips that encourage you to remain still. The flies aren’t pictured, but they will land on you, prompting you to move so they’ll go away. Each rope connects to switches that activate the motor for one or more of the whips. You can see where each whip strikes…(different ropes control different motors; sometimes multiple ropes manage a single motor.) The more you squirm, the more whipping you receive. These don’t need to strike hard enough to cause welts, just hard enough to sting… Where I was located, there were also deer flies. They are roughly the size of house flies but bite like mosquitoes with much greater force. The whip might be preferable to one of those biting insects!
