It might just be me, but I’m having a tough time figuring out who is male and who is female here. Maybe it’s the avatars people are picking, and I’d like to know WHY they chose those specific ones, looking at it from a psychological perspective.
For example, I am fairly certain misQui (sorry for targeting you dude since you’re the best example) is a MAN, as stated in his introduction: “I’m a 28yo CD”.
Yet whenever I reply to his topics, I seem to interact with him on a more feminine level. It’s not because I am gay or he has a bit of campness; I am sure he is a great bloke, it is just the avatar. It surprises me that he is actually a man, and LoRee gives off the same vibe with her female avatar.
Maybe it is because they are self-confessed CDs, like LoRee whom I also view as female? It feels really strange; I can’t quite explain it. But as I was saying, perhaps their openness about sexuality means CrossDressers see themselves as feminine individuals and wish to project that image outward. That likely explains why they chose the avatars they did—and I think that is a truly beautiful thing.
Comments are welcome.
This is the image we selected to show everyone else who we are. It uses a picture featuring a female like "LoRee".
