The old balls and chain

Greetings everyone! I haven’t been around much lately due to a fairly bad injury (nothing to do with bondage) that kept me away from SB play until this weekend. Tonight, though, I have a new session lined up. I was torn between posting here or in the bondage scenarios section, but since my evening’s event will likely be over by now for most of you reading, I feel like this is the right place.

Timed ice release is hands down my preferred self-bondage method. Previously, however, attempts failed because of my impatience combined with releases that were too large and took more than six hours to thaw. I’m no artist, but if anyone feels tonights adventure deserves a sketch, feel free!

Tonight’s setup is straightforward. I have a length of small chain (about eight centimeters long and a few millimeters thick) threaded through slightly shorter vinyl tubing for protection—a lesson learned the hard way. This chain will wrap snugly around my testicles to keep them from slipping out without causing excessive pain, hopefully. It’ll be secured with a padlock snapped shut. The key sits dead-center in a 300 mL party cup of water that’s currently freezing.

Once my balls are locked up tight, I need to attach the final torment device using another padlock. I’m choosing between two options: an unmeasured length of chain or a coiled bicycle lock cable. Either way, one end connects (probably) to the metal footboard of my bed, and the other loops back to be padlocked onto the first padlock holding my testicles. The aim is for this tether to reach just far enough for me to grab the release key with some effort. I’m leaning toward the bicycle cable because as I move closer to the key, the pull on my balls will increase.

So, where are the keys? Both padlocks share a key, which hangs from the ceiling via an ice release device. This gadget is simple: about 50 mL of water in a small cup with a string submerged inside (coils spread out). The ends hang loose, and it’s all in the freezer.

When ready, I’ll suspend this ice unit from the ceiling attached to the key. After making all connections, once the ice melts enough, I can grab the key for my first release round while being prevented by a tether from reaching up to pull that hanging key again. Then comes the final unfastening.

As noted earlier, the testicle manacle’s key is in a now-solid block of ice in a big cup. To start its melting process, I must leave this room and walk down to the garage freezer. Since it’ll take hours on its own, the question remains: will both timed ice devices melt before work time?

If not, I wait until I get home.

We all know heat speeds things up, so that’s my safety net if discomfort peaks. Tonight, however, I aim to be patient. Hopefully, with help from fellow SB fans here, we can improve on these pseudo-chastity release methods in the future. I considered taking a key to work but decided against it for now.

If the tether fails, though, my wife will have to step up. It’s unfortunate she isn’t keen on this hobby of mine (though she knows about it). Imagine how exciting it would be if she chose to extend the “exercise”!
