Options for Handcuffs..

I live out in the sticks and haven’t had a chance to pick up any handcuffs.. After browsing the forums, I still can’t get those “inescapeable handcuffs” (the linked community page) to function right, nor have I found other alternatives.. Does anyone have suggestions for me?.. (I’d prefer solutions based on that belt concept above since it sounds pretty harsh!!)
