A Blindfold with an Eudemon Twist

There is a Canadian store called Princess Auto (Americans have something similar known as Harbor Freight) which I call the BDSM Superstore. They stock everything from welding supplies to rope and rubber tubing, along with chains, clamps, and even cattle prods. One of my finds there was a pair of “welding goggles” for $2. They are quite small and well-padded, so I can sleep in them without any trouble. I used some electrical tape on the inside to turn it into a blindfold, but I made a mistake by leaving a small untaped area, which is how I discovered this feature. The tiny hole allows light through, giving you a dark green tinted field of view that is very narrow (perhaps 10-15 degrees?). It creates a weird effect reminiscent of the ‘helmet’ in Eudemon. At night, everything goes black because the lenses are so dark. During the day, your vision becomes almost useless; it’s dark with green shades, your field of view is restricted, you lose depth perception, and it’s hard to knock off the blindfold. You can wear this all night while bound, then free yourself by walking a good distance away (where wearing a blindfold would be impossible) for a release. If you are wearing a posture collar, you need to turn your whole body to see around. This opens up some evil possibilities;) Also, if you’re nearsighted like me, the small hole focuses light much like a pinhole camera, allowing you to see somewhat. The rounder the pinhole, the better it focuses. If the hole is offset slightly, your eyes have to strain to look through it (and vision worsens because the eye isn’t directly in-line). I tried several ways and ended up with my pinhole positioned on the left side of each eye, about 1.5 cm to the right and 1.5 cm up. What I really want are contact lenses that can change their tint. I have a fantasy where I’m being led around town by my Master who controls them. As I move further away from him, the lenses get darker until they cut off my vision completely, leaving me blind, vulnerable, and teetering on high heels in the middle of a busy street or bar while he goes to grab drinks, or having him lead me around entirely blind. Maybe it’s time to write a story;) Why did I want goggles as part of a blindfold? I find that if something puts pressure on the sides of the top of my nose (like tights wrapped around my head), I wake up with a stuffy nose. Not ideal if you fall asleep with a gag.
