Elbow Cinches

Here’s one that is “bound” to be a hot topic… Is the elbow cinch really worth its place in self bondage? And how much flexibility do you need just to get into and out of it initially? For example: Is this tie mostly for women, or can men use it too? I ask because women’s arms have more of an angle at the elbow which helps accommodate wider hips. Look at all the models on,,, and . They look spectacular in their hog ties, especially when finished with an elbow cinch. It makes the back line look very neat and tidy, stopping the arms/elbows from flailing around, though I imagine it isn’t very comfortable. Also, if any of you think there IS a place for the elbow cinch in solo play, can you explain in detail how to get OUT of this strict tie alone, without help. I know the procedure for getting IN: creating a loose loop and cinch so you can wriggle your elbows into it. The cinch rope should be attached to possibly an ankle cinch too, then pull with your legs to tighten all the ropes up. However, I am dubious that it is possible to get back out of one on my own and don’t wish to experiment just yet. I personally think that this is far too strict for selfbondage. Not only would it be very hard to get free from it but it could also cause some serious problems with blood circulation in the arms. But I am interested if anyone has any personal experience of using it and getting out without help. The models on those sites are very well trained, flexible, and do not stay tied like that for a long time. And when they are tied like that they are under constant supervision to spot any problems that can arise. In selfbondage, there is no supervisor; you are on your own.:|
