Using Dog Shock Collars on the Neck and Penis

I own a dog-style shock collar at home. It’s the type that delivers a bearable, one-second zap to the side of your neck whenever you make noise.

I was considering running a wire from the collar’s prongs up to my penis, so every time I vocalize, I’d get shocked on both ends simultaneously.

Does this sound safe enough, or am I playing with fire? Note: I haven’t tried it yet.
