Frequently asked questions FAQ discussion

I guess I’m a bit slow on the uptake. I’ve attempted to use those little quote boxes but haven’t been able to make them work properly. Clicking the quote button just leaves the text unboxed, and the header above it reads “So and So wrote.” Apologies if I seem like an utter newbie here; any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
