I did this today… while working (from home). It was quite fun Required:
- Nipple clamps with a chain
- Dog choke collar
- Two locks
- Large O Ring (should be able to fit over the clamp and the lock, bare metal is best) Instructions
- Use the dog collar to create wrist restraints, locking them in place (as shown on this community page), placing the O-ring between your wrists. Ideally, keep your wrists 4-5” apart so you can type “naturally”, but find it difficult to use the mouse without shifting off the keyboard.
- Attach the nipple clamps
- Oops, missed a step;) Remove one clamp
- Thread the clamp through the O ring and reattach it.
- Typing, using a mouse, and other computer tasks are now much more enjoyable! The resistance should be minimal, allowing your hands to move fairly freely without tugging on the clamps too much, yet maintaining pressure. The tinkling chain transmits delightful vibrations to the clamps, especially when sliding the wrist chain through the O-ring to reach the mouse - give it 10-15 minutes and you’ll see:) To add interest, take a typing test - use your score to punish yourself later;) Nothing stops you from removing the clamps if you wish, but this is still fun. I think I’ll try this later on while kneeling instead of sitting.
