Adding Quotes?

Okay, I’m a bit worried of sounding silly, but I have to ask: How does this QUOTE feature actually work!:x When I press the quote button, no popup form appears or anything. It simply places the word “quote” into my editing area. So I assumed I needed to copy and paste content from other people’s posts after that placeholder, then hit the quote button again, but it doesn’t behave like everyone else! I wondered if maybe it was because I wasn’t on Internet Explorer, so I tested with IE but got the same outcome? Help! It escapes me…:oops:
